About.
I'm Facundo Franco, founder of ScoutHalo.
I grew up in Punta del Este, Uruguay. I left university early and spent the next few years experimenting with businesses and learning by doing.
My first real operating experience came in e-commerce, working across pricing, sales, customer experience, and operations. That eventually pushed me from operating businesses toward building products myself.
Today, I'm building ScoutHalo, a location intelligence platform for production teams.

From a note in my phone to a working product.
ScoutHalo started in October 2025 as a simple note: an app for finding specific places for different kinds of creators.
I built the first version myself from Uruguay. It became ScoutNYC, then evolved into ScoutHalo — a location intelligence platform built for production teams.

Turning ScoutHalo into a company.

The first version is live. The company is established in the U.S. Now I'm working toward the next stage: raising capital, building the early team, and getting ScoutHalo into the hands of production teams.
The plan is to build from Miami.
Not because it's the traditional place to build a technology company, but because it puts us closer to the market we're building for: creators, agencies, brands, and production.
I want ScoutHalo to grow with a small, ambitious team from the beginning — and hopefully build that team from Brickell.
